Liz’s journey to coaching

In 2011, Liz hit a roadblock. She felt stuck, frustrated and at times, lost.  It was at this time that she was introduced to coaching. She started to make significant changes in how she related to herself, her family, and her work. Liz's journey with coaching led her to attend The University of Santa Monica and complete a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology. The principles and practices of Spiritual Psychology helped Liz develop a context for life - all of life is for learning. Liz became clear that coaching was the context she wanted to work with people, and she decided to combine her many years of experience, including her years as an LCSW, into a framework where people can do deep work while simultaneously moving their lives forward in significant ways.
